About Us
Hello. We're glad your here.
Our Experience. Social Security Disability is all we do. It's all we have ever done. We have practiced in nearly every state in the country. We have handled more than 10,000 cases, 7,000 hearings, and our work has resulted in recovering about $50,000,000 in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability benefits. We have practiced Social Security Disability law for over 25 years. We know the law. We know the tricks. We know how to win cases. No one does it better.
Respect and Understanding. We know that being without work and income makes life very difficult. Depression, anxiety, and apprehension is common and understandable. We understand how important it is that we obtain benefits for you. We promise to work hard, be diligent, be prepared, be informed, and be respectful. After all this time practicing this area of law, we have come to understand our clients and their journey.
Good Communication. We understand good communicated is critical. You may be stressed and anxious about your case and the process; and wait time is long. Keeping you informed brings peace of mind and assures the best relationship between me and you and the best representation in your case. Feel free to call, text, or email anytime; we will respond.
Aggressive, thorough, and detailed representation. We take our job seriously. We are detailed oriented. We work to build and present your case so you can win. We will obtain your medical records, obtain statements from you medical providers if they are willing, assist you with Social Security forms, prepare you for your Social Security consultative examination, prepare you for your hearing, attended your hearing (most clients go to a hearing), and assure payment is made correctly. We will be by your side and answer all your questions along the way.
Fees. There is no fee if you do not win. No fee is owed until you win your case, so no money is paid upfront. Consultations are always free.
